Oct 10–31, 2026 — the working sessions, organized block by block. Every directive, every result, every miss.
1. The directive that set the pace
Sebastian killed the scheduled-posts plan mid-flight and switched the whole operation to live fire:
Later, on the 28 already-scheduled posts:
Rule learned: an explicit pacing override from Sebastian is a total mode switch — confirm in one line, execute, never re-pitch the retired plan.
2. The ontology operation — concept
Two of his 82 managed Facebook Pages became the conglomerate's intellectual base layer:
- Ontology Process (page 105963601056068) — "the foundry": unrestricted processing, stress-testing, distillation of ideas. Can discuss anything.
- Applied Ontology (111670120478615) — "the forge": ideas that survive processing get applied to science, AI, medicine, law, finance, engineering.
Content bar: "super intelligent phenomena that promote breakthroughs." Format standard set Oct 10: hook + emoji, compact argument, provocative closing question, hashtags, custom black/gold/cyan conceptual artwork.
3. Night run 1 — manifestos + first ideas
- Both manifestos published live ("Welcome to the foundry" / "Welcome to the forge").
- Six text-only Ontology Process posts: nothingness, potential vs. actual infinity, identity of indiscernibles, theories of truth, free will, whether numbers exist.
- The trigger fired — first Applied Ontology idea emerged. Sebastian: "Publish it live now."→ "What is an AI agent, ontologically?" (tool / process / employee / legal person). "The forge has its first flame."
4. Night run 2 — the image era
Seven more posts, all with custom generated images + hashtags — the new standard. Ontology Process: Zeno's paradox, why something rather than nothing, the teleporter problem, realism vs. anti-realism, mind–matter dualism, Occam's razor. Applied Ontology: what money is, ontologically (money as collective status; Bitcoin as an ontological event). Running total: 16 live posts.
5. The 28 scheduled posts — on hold
28 posts were scheduled (Oct 11–24, OP daily 9:00 AM / AO daily 6:00 PM EDT) before the pacing override. They were not cancelled — still in the queue. Standing instruction: the schedule comes later, at his word. Resolve the existing queue before re-enabling any schedule.
6. Brand kit & the photo saga
- Profile + cover generated for both pages (black/gold/cyan).
- Ontology Process: both live, visually confirmed.
- Applied Ontology: failed 3× via browser — profile upload misfired into the post composer (nothing published), browser crashed, fresh attempt misfired into the composer again then hung so badly the task couldn't be closed. facebook-cli has no page-photo commands, so no CLI route exists.
- Resolution: killed the automated route, handed Sebastian both images in chat — he sets them in the Facebook app (2 minutes).
Lesson: after two failures on one browser operation, say so and switch routes — don't push a third attempt on hope.
7. Run 3 — the morning batch
Three drafts prepared overnight (corporation, work, consciousness). Sebastian:
- 🏛️ "What is a corporation, ontologically?" — live ~11:08 AM EDT (grid-verified).
- 💼 "What is work, once the worker isn't human?" — blocked.
- 🧠 "What is consciousness?" — blocked.
Blocker: Facebook connector dedup lock ("an equivalent connector write is already running") — the same lock mechanism as the Instagram freezes. Never hammer retries. One-shot retry cron set for ~19:38 EDT Oct 11. Running total: 17 live posts.
8. @artgallerychat — the drought broke
- Twice-daily original art, nonstop all year, 14-day style rotation, watermarked. Pipeline hardened: 2-min timeouts, grid checks before/after, no blind retries (one hung upload re-arms an ~8h connector lock).
- "The Astronomer's Daughter" confirmed live (grid, dated Oct 10 17:05 EDT) — first post through since Oct 2. Eight dark days over.
- Oct 11 AM: new failure mode — Instagram HTTP 400 on media staging. "The Wandering Shrine" (oldest backlog) + new piece "The Seedmother" (biopunk) both queued.
9. @str1kercoach — still pending
"Only Getting Started" mindset post never published (connector lock Oct 1; policy denial on background retry Oct 7). Assets staged at ~/workspace/instagram/str1kercoach/revival/mindset/. Grid-verified absent. Still queued.
10. The 82-page map
All managed Pages inventoried and clustered: soccer, personal brand, Martinez business, fitness, IG mirrors, ~48 placeholders. Two corrections this session:
- Influence Index is not a placeholder — it's the major project (see §11).
- Honest caveat: most placeholder pages are dormant (Lexicology Process: 0 views / 0 uniques over 28 days) — expansion there is a long game, not a growth lever.
11. Influence Index — the discovery
Sebastian revealed the bigger picture, piece by piece:
- Influence Index sorts influential people into categories — politicians, athletes, artists, etc. A much larger project he's working on.
- Art Gallery Chat is part of it. Footprint: Instagram @artgallerychat, some presence on X, a Facebook group under Influence Index.
- The follow-everyone strategy: the gallery follows masses of accounts (5,371 and counting) so his main pages stay clean. Same play on Facebook — he follows pages while acting as the Influence Index page identity.
- Migrating off Wix. The replacement site isn't published yet — he'll show it later. (Wix can't be edited as code; the new site is where build work happens.)
12. The Art-Gallery-Chat repo
Found his public Martinezworldwide/Art-Gallery-Chat repo (11 files): shop, forums, events, TV, instagram_crm.html, and influence_index.html — which is just an iframe embedding the Wix site. No real Influence Index code on GitHub; the Wix site won't render for text reads.
13. ZiggyBook refresh
Sebastian:
- 4 new projects:
ontology-pages(full op log + 82-page map),influence-index,catholic-coloring-book,artgallerychat. - Root README + dashboard refreshed: 5 projects, 12 shipped, 10 up next.
- Built the searchable @artgallerychat following-list browser (5,222 grouped accounts) after he caught the card linking to the wrong page.
- Pushed via the GitHub connector — no PAT needed.
14. Standing rules reaffirmed this session
- Verify before claiming: grid-check every publish; never announce success early.
- Shared-work edits are purely additive.
- No nagging parked threads (job hunt, Show HN, recruiting).
- Bounded batches for "nonstop" mandates — end at a decision checkpoint, never an infinite loop.
- One stuck write re-arms the connector lock — never hammer retries.
15. The reel era — two pages go daily
The ontology experiment became a daily publishing operation on two more pages: Soccer Upgrades (tactical reels) and the brand-new Catholic Miracles page (created Oct 17 — none of his 82 pages was faith-themed). One narrated, captioned vertical reel per page per day.
- The approval wall, root-caused: Facebook page writes are fresh-consent only — no standing grant is possible. Sebastian's decision (Oct 20): "Switch to scheduled posts." Each day's run builds tomorrow's reel and creates a Facebook-native scheduled post; his one tap at scheduling time is the only manual step left.
- A new Catholic lane by his call: "setting the record straight" — myth-vs-truth reels correcting viral misinformation, sharp on claims, never personal. Halloween (All Hallows' Eve vs. the "satanic holiday" claim) approved for the Oct 31 slot: "Slot it for Oct 31."
- The magnet-trap lab settled its contract (Oct 15–16): on his paranormal photos, he is the detector, Ziggy is the lab — regular unprocessed image first, enhance only what he circles. Hard line held: no face matching of people, ever.
16. The stale-stat lesson
"Fortress vs Wall" went live at its 11:38 slot carrying a premise the previous night's 2–2 Bayern–Arsenal result had already falsified ("Arsenal hadn't conceded in Europe"). No decision arrived before the slot, and the native schedule published it as built. Sebastian let it stand; Ziggy doesn't re-raise it.
Rules that came out of it: any recent-match or current stat gets re-verified live at build time; if a fixture kicks off after the build, the reel uses an evergreen or game-underway angle — never an invented result. Both daily jobs had the guards written in within the day.
17. LinkedIn — migration and the Str1kerCoach rules
- LinkedIn signed in (Oct 20) and named the pros network for his POV soccer videos. Workflow set: read, triage, draft — never send without approval.
- Following sorted: 325 Pages → 253 Soccer / 36 Business / 36 Other. Soccer migration complete Oct 22: all 253 now followed by the Str1kerCoachTV showcase page; personal profile untouched. Business migration (36 → Martinez Worldwide) prepped and still waiting on his word.
- Identity correction: he is Str1kerCoach, not a fixed striker — he plays any position; "striker" is a mentality, and even the goalkeeper is the first striker. All copy reframed to mixed positions.
- Highlight rules (Oct 26), set after a fast-cut reel made him look worse: only plays that make him look good — never a goal conceded or an opponent's attack, however exciting — and any play where he touches the ball stays at full length. Reel v3 (74s) and the 90-second every-touch video-2 cut were built to those rules.
18. The affiliate audit & Mall Parking Shop v1
- Full audit of six affiliate networks. Sovrn claimable: $0 — only because of the $25 payout threshold (payments set up, W-9 on file). Sebastian's standing instruction: track all lifelong affiliate earnings until every $25 threshold is reached; balances never pool across networks.
- Mall Parking Shop built: the real Sovrn export — 49,432 unique merchants in 10 parking levels, every store carrying his tracked referral link. His own test clicks showed up in Sovrn Analytics the same day, proving the bulk links record.
- Same-day build: the acting audition & portfolio app — a private working prototype (portfolios, casting calls, self-tape pipeline Submitted → Booked, director review queue).
19. The Wix takeover
Sebastian handed over his Wix estate. Inventory, read-only: 94 sites — 2 unfiled + 92 in his own 14 folders, preserved exactly (his categorization reflects his goals; never re-sort it). None has a custom domain; martineztrade.com is not a Wix site at all — an unassigned domain with a DNS error, managed by a third party.
- The architecture, corrected by him: the 94 sites are one system — funnels into the approved merchant list. Martinez Industrial (Martinez Trade) is the head; Martinez Worldwide is the legal layer; Martinez Invest runs merchant relations; Mall Parking Shop is the white-label customer front; Arturo Engineering is the build arm. Rocket Lawyer is the preferred partner — featured in the legal layer, not buried in the P10 catch-all where the data had it.
- His network footer (the "Telecommunication Support" category browser) extracted: 21 categories, 86 Wix links, GitHub/Facebook sections parked per his scoping.
- His call on method: "Code route: shared footer, work backwards from Mall Parking Shop."Then the build order: the four core sites first, then the footer businesses that run each business.
- Same day, in the browser: the per-page Facebook group inventory reached 41 of ~82 pages verified (Sector Technologies alone: 558 managed groups) before Facebook's "going too fast" block paused it — still paused, resume slower, list-first.
20. Oct 31 — rebuild, harvest, cut-over
- Four core sites rebuilt and deployed live into the one repo — "Do ziggybook for now."Each carries the full 49,432-merchant directory and the shared footer. Referral audit at his insistence ("it's important your code works perfectly"): 49,432 of 49,432 directory Shop links tracked; CPA honesty stated plainly — commission on purchase, never per click.
- Every merchant got a profile page with logo and tracked Shop button; curated product shelves began (real products, merchant-hosted images only — no image, never listed).
- The approval-flood incident: the first bulk harvester fetched merchant domains directly and buried Sebastian in per-domain approval cards. His verdict: approving 50k websites himself is impossible. Standing ban: no direct fetching of merchant domains at any size, ever. Harvesting moved to routes that never ask him for anything.
- The Jina saga: API key connected at noon; its 10M free tokens were exhausted within the hour by deep product feeds (HTTP 402). Sebastian chose keyless mode for three days; the chain became Jina keyless → AllOrigins (kept "until it blocks — and tell me when it does"), Firecrawl and Spider queued next. Shelves deepened 4 → 12 products per store at his ask: "look much better."
- Cut-over: Sebastian opened the shop from the dashboard and landed on the old build — so the main address now forwards to the rebuild, and the original shop is archived byte-for-byte at
/mall-parking-shop/legacy.html. - Also shipped that day: cross-store product search (multilingual by evening — ES/FR/DE/PT/IT + accent folding), the live harvest progress page, this archive's extension, and the conversation timeline extended through Oct 31 (+274 messages).
